Assembly precautions

(1) During the assembly process, please be careful not to leave burrs on the assembly surface and do not allow dust to enter;

(2) After assembly, dust proof treatment should be applied to the exposed holes;

(3) Apply rust inhibitor to the input shaft and flange;

(4) When spraying paint, the nameplate and installation surface need to be covered to avoid painting.

Operation precautions

(1) When transporting hydraulic pumps, do not subjected the drive shaft of the pump body to strong impact;

(2) Before operation, it is necessary to exhaust through the exhaust port to fill the housing with clean hydraulic oil;

(3) When running the hydraulic pump, be careful not to let hydraulic oil and other liquids flow onto the surface of the hydraulic pump assembly;

(4) The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil used should meet NAS level 9.
